Livingston pled guilty to two counts of Rape on November 17, 2015.
Following his plea, visiting Judge Michael E. Corrigan immediately sentenced Livingston to 20 years to life in prison. Upon his release, Livingston will be required to register as a Tier III sexual offender for the rest of his life.
Charge Detail:

Kenneth Livingston, 50, of Cleveland, repeatedly raped a 12-year-old victim, while the boy visited Livingston’s home in the Union Square apartment complex on E. 98th Street in Cleveland. Livingston was a volunteer basketball coach at Zelma George Recreation Center where the victim played.

Livingston took pictures and videos of the lewd acts performed on the victim. He shared the material with Christopher T. Wilson, 50, of Cleveland, who also lived in the Union Square complex. The illegal activity was uncovered when pictures were sent via Facebook to the victim’s mother, who immediately alerted the police.

On June 26, 2015, Livingston was arrested by officers with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department. Additional forensic examination was completed by the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
